- Maintains client relationships and ensures that each individual client's needs are met.
- Generates diverse clientele by applying marketing strategies and referrals.
- Enhances the reputation of the agency by undertaking different tasks on behalf of the agency.
- Keeps up with the latest trends, products, and services that are offered in the field.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
- People-oriented

- Ability to assess customer needs and conduct effective interviews

- Obtain State Issued Insurance license within 10 days of agreement
